I joined this yoga class in the month of January 2023 . The yoga teacher- Shashikala madam gives individual attention & she has vast knowledge on the subject. She teaches meditation on Fridays. Hello. I am Cynthia Johnson. I joined Sri Acharya Yoga centre for yoga classes. Weekly 5 classes and monthly 20 classes. From day 1 till now I could see lots of changes in my health overall. . My sincere thanks to Shashikala Mam who takes atmost care and I always eagerly waiting for the next class. Every Friday the meditation part is excellent and relaxing. The beauty of this Yoga centre is Mam is dedicated to her work and every Friday she teaches us different meditation for her students benefits and also she insists us to continue. Yoga classes for Women

Sri Acharya Yoga was founded in the year 2016 by Sasikala, who is also the yoga trainer at the centre. She has a post- graduate degree in Chemistry, Yoga and Yoga therapy, along with certified courses in Acupressure, Acupuncture, Paadha Guasa, Cupping Therapy,  Bach Flower Therapy, Sujok and Auriculotherapy. She was awarded gold medal in the Yoga Bhushana exam conducted by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Delhi conducted at Bangalore.

The class focuses on Ashtanga Yoga, founded by Maharishi Patanjali to evoke dormant energy, improving memory, immunity, concentration and personality development. 

Specialised yoga therapy classes available for chronic stress and lifestyle diseases like high BP, cholesterol, diabetics,  gastritis, acidity, depression, sleeplessness, PCOD, irregular periods and manage menopause symptoms via simple Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.

Online classes are also conducted to bring yoga to your doorstep.
